Registration

Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis through the school year, as long as there are spots available. If you and your child have never met the program director, an interview and tour is required before acceptance into the program. See Contact Us Tab to email Kerry for a private tour.

Our program is small to allow for quality care and instruction. If the program is full, you may submit an application with a Registration Fee to be placed on the wait list. When an opening becomes available you will be notified. 

Fees and Tuition:

Registration Fee: There is a one time, nonrefundable Registration Fee of $95 due at the time of registration. This fee when paid, reserves a spot in the program of your choice, and covers administrative costs for the enrollment process.

Annual Supply Fee: The annual Supply Fee is a one time, non-refundable fee, due with the first month's tuition, usually in September. If a child begins attending in a later month, the Supply Fee will be prorated based on the remaining number of months. The Supply Fee is used throughout the year to purchase supplies and materials to enhance your child's learning environment, and includes the animal feed and vet bills for the animals the children interact with on the farm.

Annual Supply Fee paid at the beginning of the year-

Two days a week: $250

Three days a week: $300

Four days a week: $360

Tuition: Tuition payments are made September-May, and are divided evenly between the nine months of classes. Each month's tuition remains the same, regardless of days off or missed. 

A 5% discount is applied to payments made in full for the nine months of the school year.

Mornings: Families may choose 2, 3, or 4 sessions and any combination of days. 

Two days a week: $256 a month 

Three days a week: $360 a month 

Four days a week: $448 a month  

PreK-2nd Grade Enrichment: Families may choose 1, 2, 3, or 4 sessions and any combination of days. 

One day a week: $150 a month

Two days a week: $286 a month 

Three days a week: $382 a month 

Four days a week: $504 a month 

The Supply Fee and first month of tuition is due on the first day of class.

Fundraising: Unlike some early childhood programs, An Invitation to Play does not do any fundraisers throughout the year. Fundraising creates an additional burden on families that already have so many other things to consider. There may be an occasional Amazon Wishlist posted for families that wish to contribute, but it will not be mandatory.
